O Organics® PB & J Popcorn

Ingredients

·         1  5-oz O Organics® sea salt organic popcorn (divided in half)

·         1/4 cup of O Organics® peanut butter

·         1/4 cup of O Organics® starwberry preserves

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 2 rimmed baking sheets lightly with non-stick spray. Place half of popcorn on each sheet. Heat peanut butter in microwave until slightly warmed and easy to drizzle, about 15-20 seconds. Drizzle over one sheet of popcorn and stir to combine.

2. Heat strawberry preserves in microwave until warmed and easy to drizzle, about 15-20 seconds. Drizzle over remaining popcorn and stir to combine.

3. Warm popcorn in oven for 5-6 minutes. Remove and cool for 3 minutes. Combine popcorn and serve.
